Remix v2 (finally 🎉)

Most of the file changes are pretty simple stuff, such as:

• Renames: LoaderArgs → LoaderFunctionArgs, ActionArgs → ActionFunctionArgs, V2_MetaFunction → MetaFunction

• i18n: t("hi {{0}}", ["alex"]) → t("hi {{0}}", {0: "alex"}).
